1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

If a minor opens an account on wpcnt using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration & Management

To open an account with wpcnt, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Your name, mobile number, email address, and payment details must all be filled in correctly. Providing incorrect information may cause withdrawal issues in the future.

Each person may hold only one account on wpcnt. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• Report any suspicious login activity to wpcnt support immediately

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Wpcnt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1–6 business hours.

Every withdrawal request goes through wpcnt's verification process. Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. For suspicious transactions, wpcnt may request additional verification documents.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 15x–30x). All required wagers must be placed within the designated time limit.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited

5 Betting Rules

All applicable rules must be followed when placing bets on wpcnt. In the event of any dispute over a game result, wpcnt's server logs and game records shall be treated as the final authority.

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue or disconnection, wpcnt will determine the outcome of that bet according to its own rules. Server-side data is the definitive reference in such cases.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game
• If a technical error is detected in any game, all bets placed in that round will be voided
• Using tactics to deliberately void bets is strictly prohibited

6 Fair Play Policy

Any form of fraud, bot use, software manipulation, or collusion is strictly prohibited on wpcnt. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

• Fraudulent Activity or Bot Use

10 Dispute Resolution Process
